Training is an essential part for human resource development with adequate job knowledge and develop self-imposed responsibility to produce quality products. The Management team of EDCL adopted a documented continuous training program for compliance with cGMP regulation & to improve the quality of the product, increase the productivity & reduce product cost. All newly recruited personnel receive training appropriate to the duty assigned to them. Internal Training on theory and practice of cGMP are regularly conducted to update the knowledge and its practical effectiveness are periodically assessed Training at home & abroad for technical personnel are also arranged to cope with modern Pharmaceutical technology and for development of skill ness.
